Gabe Smith is a seasoned Growth Advisor with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Coach at Greenhouse Coaching since December 2024, Gabe is committed to fostering growth for leaders and teams. As the Founder of Altitude Consulting, LLC, and Co-Founder and Growth Advisor at Pangea, Gabe provides strategic guidance to organizations. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Pastor at New City Church, Gabe led a team of over 40 and advised senior leadership through significant operational challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Gabe founded EAST MOUNTAIN and held key positions in organizations such as Mesa Global and Forest Hill Church, where strategic partnerships and operational management were integral to driving mission-focused initiatives. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Gabe's early career includes service as a Captain in the US Army, managing combat operations in Iraq.
