Andrew C. Meehan

Andrew provides over two decades of experience to Pangiam's consulting and external affairs practice. Prior to Pangiam, Andrew served as the principal adviser to the Acting Secretary for external affairs at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Here, he reorganized the Office of Public Affairs and built a team of seasoned communications professionals to represent DHS to the public, media, and stakeholder community, including notable media engagements with major news outlets like 60 Minutes and CBS Evening News. Andrew is an expert in government relations and media communications and brings experience from cross‐sector organization including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Global Business Travel Association, and the Identification Technology Association.
