Dan previously served as the Executive Director of Planning, Program Analysis, and Evaluation in the Office of Field Operations (OFO) at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). One of his main priorities was to advance a biometric exit and entry system across the Nation. Under his forward-thinking vision and exemplary leadership, CBP developed public‐private partnerships with over 30 airlines, airports, and cruise lines. Dan served CBP with distinction for over 16 years and has held key positions, such as Adjutant to the Commissioner of CBP and Chief of Staff at OFO.
