Michael Gleason

Michael Gleason is an experienced culinary and logistics professional, currently serving as the Fresh Food Category Manager at Paradies Lagardère since October 2020, responsible for the retail sales of refrigerated foods across 182 airport-based Travel Essential stores. Prior to this role, Michael was the Regional Executive Chef for HMSHost at Louis Armstrong International Airport, where culinary and logistics systems were created for 11 food and beverage units, expecting annual revenues of $35 million. As Chef De Cuisine at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Michael managed five high-volume food service outlets while overseeing various administrative and financial systems focused on food safety and talent management. Michael began a career in the US Navy as a Logistics Specialist, serving on the USS Shiloh and receiving multiple service medals. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College.
