Alon Slutzky

Alon Slutzky has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Alon is currently working at Paradox as the VP of Engineering since 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CTO of Spetz, an HRtech venture specializing in recruiting communication and candidate experience. Alon was responsible for developing smart, data-oriented communication solutions using direct messages based bot. Alon worked at Spetz from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Alon was a member of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya from 2017 to 2018, where they gained valuable entrepreneurship education and hands-on experiential learning. Before that, they were the Entrepreneurs Relationships Manager at STARTil, a social enterprise aimed at promoting Israeli innovation and entrepreneurship. Alon also served as an Automation Architect at S&W Media Group in 2015. Alon'searly career includes a significant role as a Project Manager and Captain in the Israel Defense Forces from 2009 to 2014.

From 2015 to 2018, Alon Slutzky attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
