Paradox
John Dalzell serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Paradox, leading all market-facing teams to create client-centric solutions that help global employers embrace the rapidly changing world of work. Prior to joining Paradox, Dalzell built a career serving purpose-minded organizations, including a decade leading sales, business development, customer success, and customer experience teams at Blackbaud. As a founding member of the Global Management Team at Blackbaud, Dalzell helped scale the company into the world's leading software company powering social good — growing revenue to $700M and helping thousands of organizations leverage technology to grow their mission impact significantly and gain operational efficiencies to better leverage donor funds. John is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and — in the middle of his career — Dalzell also took a one year sabbatical to attend Princeton Theological Seminary.

Paradox is inspired by a world where AI empowers recruiting teams to spend time with people, not software. Their flagship product is Olivia, the AI recruiting assistant obsessed with automating the BS (we call it the boring stuff) to make the recruiting experience faster, easier, and more respectful for everyone.
