At Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Robert gained hands-on experience in technical manufacturing processes. Robert's career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving in various leadership capacities, and culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2019.
