Laura Witt

Laura Witt has over two decades of experience in leadership development and training, currently serving as the AVP of Leadership Development at Parallon since November 2011. Prior roles at Parallon include Director of Learning and Development and various training-focused positions. Previously, Laura spent eleven years at MAC Cosmetics, where responsibilities included training management for customer service and product knowledge across multiple locations, ultimately holding the position of Training Manager. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Theater, Laura also studied abroad at DeMontfort University and attended Louisiana State University.
