Alan Abdo is a co-founder at Parcel Tracker since January 2019. Alan is responsible for developing and deploying machine learning and IoT technologies for the built-to-rent, co-working, student housing, and property management industry. Additionally, at Parcel Tracker, they have developed the first AI-based parcel management tool that can read parcel labels and accurately detect the correct tenant, regardless of the courier or shop the parcel originated from.
Prior to their role at Parcel Tracker, Alan worked as an Android & React Native Engineer at Tandem Bank from August 2019 to February 2021. Alan also served as the CEO of BLOCKHAVEN LTD from September 2017 to March 2019.

We’re first focusing on a B2B product to help mailrooms and receptions manage incoming deliveries.As parcels get delivered to the reception/mailroom, staff spend hours managingthem, packages are lost, and storage areas get cluttered. There are over 6 million such delivery points struggling in the UK and USA alone, spanning across industries such as healthcare, government, offices and more.
