Lui Pangiarella is the founder of WayFinder Capital, established in September 2020, which aims to raise $25 million to become Australia’s first fund exclusively investing in Search Funds and Searcher-led transactions. Additionally, Lui founded Second Squared in July 2018, focusing on accelerating private entrepreneurship by aiding entrepreneurs in acquiring established businesses. Lui has held multiple non-executive director roles, including positions at Rocky Bay Foundation and Rocky Bay, both of which provide disability services in Western Australia. Previously, Lui was the principal and owner of Loop Advisory Pty Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to organizational identity and strategy development. Educational credentials include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from Curtin University.

WayFinder is the first fund of its kind in Australia that will invest exclusively in Search Funds and Searcher led transactions.
