Wayne Pan

Wayne Pan is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product and engineering roles. As the Founder and CTO of Accord since May 2020, Wayne has spearheaded innovation and strategic direction. Prior experience includes serving as a Growth Advisor and VP of Product and Engineering at Pared from October 2018 to April 2020. In addition, Wayne has been a Fast Track Mentor with First Round Capital since August 2019 and actively invests as an Angel Investor from January 2012, focusing on founder-led ventures. Notable investments include Apptimize and Everwise. Wayne also serves as an advisor to Maza, which was acquired by Flex. Wayne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
