David Pantaleone is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the architecture sector, currently serving at Parette Somjen Architects since May 2017. In this role, David is responsible for developing budgets and proposals for school projects and overseeing K-12 school projects from surveying through design completion. Previously, David held project management positions at Comerro Coppa Architects and Sargenti Architects, where responsibilities included surveying existing conditions, assisting in the design phase, and preparing construction drawings. Early in their career, David served as an assistant project manager at The Tricarico Group. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and has foundational education from Bergen Community College and Elmwood Park Memorial Jr. Sr. High School.

We are expert in design, construction, project management and budgeting, holding licenses in professional planning and construction code enforcement. We support each other and the members of the broader team: clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
