Joana Vuchev

Joana Vuchev has worked in various roles throughout their career. Joana started their most recent position in 2021 as Head of HR Business Partnering at Douglas. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Douglas, Joana worked at ALDI Süd from 2012 to 2021, serving as a Regionalverkaufsleiterin. Their earliest known role was as an Account-Manager at BBDO Group Germany from 2009 to 2010.

Joana Vuchev attended the University of Bremen from 2004 to 2012, where they obtained a Diplom degree. In 2008, they also briefly studied at Universitas Udayana, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree.
