Andrew Haywood serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Park Square Capital since September 2015. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at 3i Group plc from April 2011 to September 2015 as Group Financial Controller, after joining the company in 1999 where various roles in financial reporting and strategic development were undertaken. Notably, Andrew became the Finance and Operations Director for 3i's Growth Capital business in 2004, contributing to the establishment and initial fundraising of the Growth Capital Fund. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Director at 3i from June 2003 to June 2010. Andrew Haywood holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1994 and 1997.
