Kerry Turnbull-Murphy serves as the Head of People at Parkdean Resorts since August 2019, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance people strategies across various HR functions including Employee Relations, Reward Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. Previously, Kerry held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Ramside Estates Limited, overseeing HR for the largest privately owned luxury hotel in North East England. Additional experience includes HR consultancy services offered during a transitional period in Newcastle upon Tyne/Northumberland, and a significant tenure as Human Resources Director at Clarins Group. Early career beginnings were with Boots UK, where Kerry progressed from Sales Consultant to Human Resources Manager. Kerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Nottingham.
