Emerald Hannah

Emerald Hannah is currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Parkinson's Foundation, where responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at The Outreach Team and Brookdale, as well as Deputy Director of People, Culture & Equity at Scale for Change, where Emerald managed talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Prior experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist II at Huntsville Hospital, addressing technical issues related to the HRIS system. Emerald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration and Africana Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Healthcare Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
