Issam Ali A.Razek possesses extensive experience in international business leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the International Business Head at Parkville since January 2024, Issam previously held multiple leadership roles, including Country Head for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Sudan at Biocon Biologics from November 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Issam was the Head of the Hematology Franchise at Novartis from February 2014 to April 2019, managing a team and a substantial portfolio exceeding USD 60 million. Issam's career includes key positions at Roche and AstraZeneca, focusing on oncology and hematology products, alongside an educational background in pharmaceuticals from Mansoura University.
