Job description

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Product Designer at Parloa you will take full responsibility for creating a world-class user experience and interface for one of our new, cutting-edge AI driven products. You’re in charge of the design process and closely collaborate with PMs and Engineers to find the right solutions for our customers, being the bridge between users, business and technology.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Own discovery in collaboration with a PM and use your research experience to uncover the needs, goals, and pain points of our users.
  • Conceptualize new features by creating information architecture, user journeys, user flows, interactive prototypes, etc.
  • Run co-creation / ideation sessions with users or team members
  • Run usability tests and review designs in regards to accessibility 
  • Create high fidelity ui designs, interactive prototypes and documentation for development
  • Contribute to our internal Design System
  • Closely collaborate with fellow designers, effectively distributing the work and doing co-design and feedback sessions
  • Closely collaborate with product managers and engineers in all phases and include various stakeholders (internally / externally) in the process
  • User your communication skills to advocate for design and increase our design maturity by contributing to process improvements and upskilling fellow coworkers

Figma, Notion, Jira, Miro

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 7+ years working experience in Product Design, UI / UX design or similar, including:
    • Proven track record of designing digital products in multi disciplinary product teams
    • Significant experience with working in a product startup or product organization, ideally in a scale up / high growth environment
    • Experience with working on b2b / saas products or enterprise environments
    • Experience with working on complex interfaces or technical products
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related discipline, or comparable practical experience
  • Proficiency in the full product design process and ability to ship features end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Additional skills in frontend engineering, illustration, motion design, service design, ...
  • Experience with working on AI, customer service, voice or chat products
