Arieann DeFazio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership, particularly in the fields of technology and healthcare. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Parlor Games since February 2025, DeFazio previously held key roles, including Partner and COO at She's Independent, a women-first investment group, and Fractional COO at Proov and Béa Fertility. DeFazio's background also includes serving as COO of Drop Bio, where the mission focused on personalized health, and founding Kitables, a company designed to empower DIY enthusiasts. Additional leadership experience encompasses positions at Catalyze CU, Conduit Accel, and Spark Boulder, emphasizing a commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation.
