Rose B. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program analysis, behavioral health, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at Partner Forces since October 2022, Rose leads business and technical projects, offering analytical support and guidance to government clients. Concurrently, Rose works at Pathways Behavioral Health as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Behavioral Health Technician, focusing on data collection and analysis to support students' behavioral needs. Previous experience includes roles as a Growth Manager at Capsule, Program Manager for the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, and various positions within Kinderdance, Radio America, and Special Olympics Virginia.
