Jim Duba

Jim Duba is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Principal and Technical Director of Subsurface Investigations at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since September 2014. In this role, Jim manages the Subsurface Investigation team, overseeing various environmental due diligence projects, regulatory compliance across multiple states, and environmental remediation efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Specialist at Whitestone Associates, Inc., Staff Scientist at Birdsall Services Group, and Regional Manager at Resource Management Concepts, where Jim developed an Environmental Management System for the TSA. Jim holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
