Martin Doyle possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Parx Casino since September 2014. Prior roles include ownership and operation of Mansion Inn (2013-2014), Independent Consultant at Core States Capital Advisors (2012-2013), and Vice President of Food and Beverage at Valley Forge Casino Resort (2011-2012). Additionally, Martin held the position of Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem (2008-2011) and served as the Corporate Executive Chef for Lyons Group (2006-2008). Martin also has experience as an Executive Chef at Suilan by Susanna Foo within Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa (2003-2006). Educational background includes study at Technological University Dublin and DIT with a degree from London City & Guilds.
