Jeffrey Pierpont has a diverse work experience in the fields of organizational development, default management, commercial credit management, and asset recovery at Passumpsic Bank. Jeffrey served as the VP of Organizational Development and Default Manager, as well as the AVP of Asset Recovery Manager. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Weidmann Electrical Technology and provided strategic HR support. Jeffrey also had various roles at National City Bank, including Retail Branch Network HR Consultant, Employee Relations Consultant, Leadership Development Consultant, and Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist. Jeffrey's expertise lies in employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
Jeffrey Pierpont's education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from Belpre High School in the years 1976 to 1979. Jeffrey then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Religion/Speech Communication from Ohio Valley University, graduating in the years 1979 to 1983. Later, they attended the Institute for Applied Management and Law and obtained a certification in Employee Relations Law until the year 2004. In 2005, Jeffrey attended John Carroll University and earned a certification in Human Resource Management. Finally, they completed their education journey at Baldwin Wallace University in the field of Adult Continuing Education and Teaching from an unspecified start year until 2006.
