Florian Terrier is an experienced professional in the field of research and development within the watchmaking industry. Currently serving as an Ingénieur R&D laboratoire at Patek Philippe since October 2017, Florian manages qualification testing for new products throughout their development process, while participating in construction reviews, risk analyses, and qualification planning. Previously, as Analyste Qualité - Référent laboratoire at Piaget from January 2011 to October 2017, Florian successfully established and developed a testing and analysis laboratory, overseeing significant investments and team training, as well as conducting risk analyses and defining testing plans for numerous watch projects annually. Florian's career began with an internship at Audemars Piguet where techniques for cleaning control gauges were developed. Academic qualifications include an engineering degree in Mechanical and Microtechnology from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM and a DUT in Physical Measurements from IUT Annecy and Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
