Mr. Tosches joined Pathway in 2017 and is a senior vice president in the California office. His responsibilities include the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human capital requirements for Pathway’s two U.S. and two international offices. These requirements include recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, as well as legal compliance related to all aspects of employment.Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Tosches worked for 20 years in the human resources in various industries, including banking and auto finance, healthcare and insurance, and financial services. Mr. Tosches received a BS from California State University, Fullerton.
