Vanessa also has experience in Zalando SE as Team Lead People & Organization (Special Projects), Care.com as (Interim) Head of Human Resources Germany, AUTO1 as Team Lead Human Resources Management, Experis GmbH as a Consultant, and Nestlé where they held several roles in Human Resources and as a Management Assistant. Throughout their career, Vanessa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and expertise in HR business partnering, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
Vanessa Glückselig obtained a Vocational Diploma in Business Administration from Wirtschafts- und Kaderschule KV Bern, spanning from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Psychology at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2020.
