Meghan Gruebner

Meghan Gruebner currently serves as Senior Counsel at Pattern Energy Group since August 2022. Previously, from November 2019 to August 2022, Meghan held the position of Vice President, Compliance at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., where responsibilities included developing and overseeing the enterprise compliance program, collaborating on regulatory affairs, and providing executive assurance on compliance matters. Prior experience includes roles at Eversheds Sutherland, Hunton & Williams LLP, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where Meghan focused on regulatory compliance, advocacy efforts, and legal research related to energy and commodities trading. Meghan holds a BA with high honors in Economics and Asian Studies from the University of Michigan and a JD with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law.
