Vickie Lai

Vickie Lai is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in global benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Patterson-UTI since July 2018. Prior to this role, Vickie held the position of Global Benefits Manager at Precision Drilling from 2013 to 2017 and worked as a Senior Principal Benefits at Westlake Chemical from 2010 to 2013. Vickie's career began at Hewitt Associates, where Vickie served as a Benefits Actuary Consultant from 1997 to 2009. Vickie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Houston.
