Currently serving as the Founding Agent at PayCompass since February 2020, Ira also founded Membership Merchant, providing small business services from February 2020 to August 2024. Prior to these roles, Ira was a Founding Member at Get Beyond from May 2017 to February 2020 and held multiple positions at Heartland Payment Systems, including Territory Manager and Relationship Manager from January 2015 to April 2017. Earlier in the career, Ira worked as a Small Business Banker at Wells Fargo from February 2010 to December 2014.
