C. Thomas Gormley

C. Thomas Gormley is a seasoned product development professional with extensive experience in software engineering and web design. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development at Paycor since February 2017, Gormley has successfully re-architected a major application using React/Redux, significantly improving performance. As the owner of Red Dirt Offroad, Gormley focuses on creating an exceptional online retail experience for 4x4 enthusiasts. Previous roles include co-founding Concerto Commerce, Inc. and serving as Executive Director for the Lone Star Toyota Jamboree. Gormley has also held senior development positions at ACE Cash Express and Match.com, where contributions included enhancing web application responsiveness and managing email marketing campaigns. Gormley holds degrees from Texas Tech University and The University of Texas at Arlington.
