Charudut S, also known as Charlie, is an experienced Data Analyst and Team Lead currently working at Paycor since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charlie served as a Data Analyst and Talent Expert at Talenya, a Paycor company, from March 2021 to February 2023, where contributions were made to the development of the world's first talent sourcing Bot, optimizing talent identification through extensive data analysis. Charlie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Harvard University.
