Chrissy Graves

Chrissy Graves is a seasoned professional in total rewards and wellbeing, currently serving as Senior Director at Paycor since July 2020, previously holding the position of Director in the same area. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Total Rewards and HR Systems at The Christ Hospital Health Network from September 2015 to July 2020, and as VP & Manager of Compensation at Fifth Third Bank. At Fifth Third Bank, responsibilities included oversight of base pay and incentive compensation programs, and contributing to the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy. Chrissy Graves has also held key roles at Mercer, Convergys Corporation, and Comair Airlines, accumulating extensive expertise in compensation consulting, program design, and implementation. Chrissy Graves holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University.
