Dave Young

Dave Young is an experienced Implementation Manager at Paycor, having served in various roles including Implementation Team Lead and Senior Implementation Consultant since January 2017. Prior to Paycor, Dave worked as an Engagement Manager at YourEncore from May 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included supporting Client Service Directors in sales processes and project management on government contracts focused on innovation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank, where compliance and operational aspects of account management were monitored. Dave holds an MBA from Xavier University, as well as a Project Management certificate from the Xavier Leadership Center.
