Else-Mieke de Jong

Else-Mieke de Jong serves as the Sustainability Implementation Manager at Royal BAM Group since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager for Sustainability & Climate at Rabobank Groep from July 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Paris Alignment project and initiating various knowledge development and innovation projects. Additionally, Else-Mieke was a Finance & Risk Data Analyst, focusing on financial data analysis and reporting processes. Co-founding The Healthy Pack in 2021, Else-Mieke contributed to a platform aimed at promoting healthy eating within work communities. Earlier career experiences span roles in financial administration, internal auditing, and accountancy. Else-Mieke holds a Master of Science in Policy, Communication and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
