Katy Bunn

Katy Bunn is a seasoned marketing and strategy executive with extensive experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and brand development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Paycor since July 2016, Katy drives key industry programs and AI strategy while also overseeing corporate strategic planning. Previously, Katy held various leadership roles at Paycor, including Senior Vice President of Leaders & Industry Growth, Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing, and Senior Director of Marketing Communications, where significant contributions included increasing site traffic and brand engagement during the pandemic. Prior to Paycor, Katy enhanced marketing profitability at Empower and Powerhouse Factories, and developed groundbreaking marketing strategies at Northlich. In recognition of professional achievements, Katy was honored as one of Cincinnati's 40 Under 40. Katy holds an education from Ohio University, completed in 2007.
