Kelly Blackburn

Kelly Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience Operations at Paycor since November 2016, Kelly leads a team focused on executing strategic initiatives, notably implementing tools that have dramatically reduced after-call work for customer service agents. In previous roles at Paycor, including Director of Client Service Operations, Kelly successfully led projects aimed at cost reduction and customer experience enhancement. Prior to Paycor, Kelly held various leadership positions at Cintas, including Director of Center of Excellence, where responsibilities included process improvement and the implementation of SAP ERP systems. Educational background includes a degree in Operations Management from Cedarville University and participation in several leadership development programs.
