Roxanna Bashir (MCIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Roxanna currently holds the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at PayFuture since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at ALNASR Contracting from June 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they served as the Group HR Manager at Rental Solutions and Services (RSS) from September 2016 to September 2017. Roxanna also gained valuable experience as the HR Director for UAE, Kuwait, and Jordan at Louis Berger, where they successfully handled various responsibilities related to organizational development, cultural change, talent management, and performance management. Roxanna contributed significantly to reducing recruitment costs and implementing effective HR programs.
