Jessica Jefferson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and product management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Paymentus, Jessica has held key roles including Senior Director of Implementations & Partner Operations, as well as Senior Director of Implementations in Banking & Fintech Solutions. Previously, at Clarus Commerce, Jessica excelled as Senior Director of Loyalty Product Management and Director of Client Services. Additionally, Jessica’s early career at Community Energy, Inc involved roles as CT Outreach Coordinator and New Haven Outreach Coordinator. Jessica holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Clemson University.
