Nicky Enriquez

Nicky Enriquez currently serves as the Chief People Officer at PayMongo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicky held senior leadership positions as Senior People Director at JG Digital Equity Ventures and Senior Director of the People Division at Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. from November 2021 to April 2023. Nicky's extensive experience includes over a decade at Cellcard (CamGSM Co. Ltd.) as Chief Operations & Transformation Officer and Chief People Officer, contributing to its position as a leading mobile lifestyle service provider in Cambodia. Additional notable roles include Group Chief People Officer at the Royal Group of Companies and Director at First Strategic Outsourcing Inc., as well as HR leadership positions at Trend Micro and IBM. Nicky holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations: HRM from the University of the Philippines and dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Psychology from the College of the Holy Spirit.
