John Davis is an experienced executive with a robust background in leading human resources, strategic transformation, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Payoneer, John oversees the global Human Resources organization and directs initiatives that enhance organizational health. Prior roles at Payoneer include Chief Transformation Officer and SVP of Transformation, where John focused on executing business and operational plans. As VP of Strategic Accounts, John's leadership in Customer Success led to significant client retention and revenue growth. Previously, John held senior roles at Amdocs, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategy and development, driving digital transformations and IT services. John's early career includes strategic consulting at Shaldor and policy analysis at the Reut Institute.
