Alexander Nicolaus serves as the Chief People Officer at Paysend, contributing to the global executive team and aligning the People strategy with business growth needs. In addition to this role, Alexander is the author of "Startup Culture," emphasizing the importance of establishing a strong company culture for sustainable business success.
