Brandon Pace

Brandon Pace is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in diverse corporate roles. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at PayZen since April 2025, Brandon is also a Managing Member at Almaden Partners and a Member of OnConferences. In addition, Brandon is a Charter Member of TechGC, facilitating support among General Counsel. Prior positions include Planning Commissioner for the City of Pleasanton, General Counsel and Interim Head of People at GIA, and Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at LendingClub. Brandon has held significant legal roles at eBay, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and has served in litigation leadership roles at both eBay and PayPal. Brandon earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in History from Brigham Young University.
