Holly Windham

Holly Windham is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Board Secretary at Self Financial, Inc. since May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing economic inclusion and financial resilience. Previously, from April 2017 to February 2023, Windham held multiple senior roles at Rackspace Technology, including Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and People Officer. Prior experience includes significant positions at Hewlett-Packard, where from October 2007 to October 2015, Windham was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for various divisions, as well as an Associate General Counsel from September 1997 to August 2007. Windham began their legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, specializing in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Windham holds a Doctor of Law - JD from Pepperdine Caruso Law and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
