Prior to that, Michael spent over three decades at Shell, where Michael held various roles such as Production Unit Manager, Production Excellence Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Health and Safety Manager. With experience in asset management and leading teams of over 100 people, Michael has a strong background in overseeing operations and managing a significant operating budget. Additionally, Michael has held positions as a Process Safety Management Coordinator, SAP Project Coordinator, Information Technology Supervisor, and Control Systems Engineer.
