Stephen Hickey

Stephen Hickey is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project leadership and maintenance within manufacturing settings. Currently serving as the Engineering Lead for Strategic Projects at PCI Pharma Services since January 2018, Stephen has previously held roles such as Technical Projects Lead and Serialisation Project Engineer. Prior to joining PCI Pharma Services, Stephen worked as a Maintenance Technician at Keelings from January 2017 to January 2018 and spent 17 years at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in similar maintenance roles. Throughout this career, responsibilities have included optimizing production equipment performance, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and developing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Stephen holds an Engineer's degree from Technological University Dublin, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
