Nicolas Kunzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as the Global Service Manager at PcVue Solutions since August 2020, Nicolas manages and coordinates Global Technical Support teams while also acting as a technical advisor for the Spanish branch. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of Asia-Pacific Technical Manager at Pcvue SEA from September 2004 to April 2022, overseeing a technical support team for South East Asia and advising other Asian branches. Earlier in the career, Nicolas worked as a Support Engineer at Arc Informatique from January 1993 to August 2004, focusing on key account support and project implementation, and began the professional journey as a Radar Maintenance Technician in the French Air Force from September 1988 to September 1992.
