Russ Bader is a seasoned professional in software engineering and project management, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Astronics CSC since December 2017 and at Product Development Technologies (PDT) since February 2010. With extensive experience in technical leadership and resource management, Russ has overseen the design and development of aircraft in-flight entertainment solutions and medical devices. Previously, Russ held the position of Vice President at FSR Electronics Inc., focusing on medical device user interface software and mobile applications. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Motorola Mobile Devices, where Russ led various software development projects, and earlier positions in academic and internship settings. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Russ is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB).
