Amanda Doman

Amanda Doman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda started their career in 2007 at Tractor Supply Company, where they worked as a Team Lead, responsible for daily store operations and leading the team. Amanda then moved on to become an Assistant Store Manager, focusing on team management, inventory control, and growing business.

In 2009, Amanda joined JEFFERSON VETERINARY CLINIC, S.C. as a Veterinary Technician. There, they worked closely with veterinarians, administering vaccines and medications to animals, performing lab tests, and consulting with pet owners.

In 2010, Amanda transitioned to the field of genetics, joining Alta Genetics as a Laboratory Technician Team Lead. Amanda'sresponsibilities included semen evaluation, processing, and freezing.

In 2019, they became a Laboratory Supervisor at PEAK Genetics, where they oversaw lab operations in the Watertown, WI locations. Amanda'srole involved managing employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards in processing and cryopreservation of bovine semen.

Recently, Amanda has taken on the role of U.S. Lab Director at PEAK, where they oversee lab operations nationwide and works with the lab supervisor team to develop their skills and meet budgetary goals.
