Javier Chavez Chacon

Javier Chavez Chacon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, technology, and design. Currently serving as a Workday Experience Administrator and People Technology Analyst at PEAK6 since October 2023, Javier previously held various roles at Dyson, including Workday Specialist and Sr HR Administrator, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Time Off accruals and providing implementation support for system designs. As the owner and designer of Javier Chacon Designs, custom Ballroom and Latin gowns have been developed since August 2011. Javier's career also encompasses roles at Casa Central, Mars, Groupon, and teaching positions at Amherst College, showcasing a strong blend of administrative, analytical, and creative skills.
