Madeline Sexton, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in human resources operations and system analysis. Currently serving as the HR Operations & System Analyst at PEAK6 since February 2021, Madeline provides consultative guidance to leadership by analyzing data trends and managing HRIS system data. Prior experience includes roles at Hub Group, where management and troubleshooting of HRIS Oracle software occurred, and The Heico Companies LLC, where research was conducted to outline benefit plans across the U.S. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services, complemented by a minor in Psychology, from North Central College.
